Terms and Conditions – The SIBO Summit

Please note: Cancellation and Transfer of Registration

All cancellations and transfers of registration must be made in writing to admin@sibotest.com.

Cancellation Policy

If SIBO Test Pty Ltd cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a refund for 100% of the registration fee paid.

Transfer of Registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to another Practitioner, if the registered Practitioner is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered Practitioner in writing to SIBO Summit c/o admin@sibotest.com no later than 14 days prior to event. Details must include the transferee’s full name, their job title, daytime phone number, and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new Practitioner unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another Practitioner, then the following refund arrangements will apply:

Cancellation Notice for Refund Fees Applicable

  1. Outside 30 days prior to Event Full refund will apply
  2. Between 30 -14 days prior to Event $ 50 administration fee will be applicable
  3. Between 14 – 1 day prior to Event $100 administration fee will be applicable
